DESCRIPTION:District Pinewood Derby\n\nSaturday\, April 20\n\nHartford Union High School\n\n\n\nCub Scout Pack 3794\, Hartford\, Wisconsin is hosting the District Pinewood Derby on Saturday\, April 20\, 2013.\n\n \n\nIt brings together over 150 scouts from Ozaukee\, Washington\, and Dodge Counties to race in one of Cub Scouts oldest traditions   the Pinewood Derby. Scouts\, working with their parents\, craft a car from a block of wood\, affix wheels and axels and race them down a track propelled by only gravity. This event showcases the fastest and most original designs among all the packs within the three-county area.\n\n \n\nWe anticipate over 450 people from the surrounding community will attend this event.\n\nNeedless to say there is a significant cost to holding such an event and we could really use your help.\n\n \n\nWe are looking for sponsors to help us pay for the cost to use the building ($475)\, track extension ($167)\, track carriers (2 @ $56 each)\, awards ($200)\, and food/beverage.\n\n \n\nWe would be proud to recognize your sponsorship of this event through event signage/brochures as well as verbal recognition at the event. We will also be handing out gift bags for each registrant and would be happy to place a piece of promotional literature in there for you.\n\n \n\nIf you could please let me know of your decision as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it so we can make the appropriate decisions at our budgeting & planning meetings.\n\n \n\nKyle Richards\n\n414-839-0001\n\nkyler@packs3794.com
