DESCRIPTION:The Hartford Kettle Moraine Lions Club is hosting their annual Halloween pet costume contest and Trunk-Or-Treat! This family friendly event will take place in the Library parking lot. To register for the pet costume contest\, please arrive no later than 11:30 to check in. Judging will take place at noon. Please reserve your Trunk-Or-Treat spot ahead of time.
