The Ethnic Cooking class series features typical foods and ingredients from one specific geographic/cultural influence somewhere around the world and includes a short lecture followed by hands-on preparation of recipes that are accessible to most/all students at their various skill levels (can easily be prepared). Includes tasting and sampling of the finished dishes.
