About Us
VBH is responsible for bringing flowers and plantings to our public spaces. We work with the City of Hartford and the Parks Department. But we are volunteers! There are Master Gardeners within our organization, but for the most part, we are not necessarily experts.
We all share a passion for beautiful landscaping, an attractive downtown, flowers and most importantly, the City of Hartford.
